• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Process: To start a return, simply email our support team at support@mymedly.com with your Order ID and a photo of the product. We will guide you through the shipping process.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

No. Never place the flask in a microwave, as it is made of metal. Do not place it in the freezer, as liquids expand when frozen and can deform the steel or break the vacuum seal. To keep drinks cold, simply add ice cubes to the bottle.
