If your Medly flask ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it — for life.
2. Definition of “Lifetime”
Lifetime refers to the functional lifespan of the product.
Our warranty covers performance failures that occur due to a manufacturing defect during the product’s usable life.
This warranty:
- Applies only to the original owner.
- Is non-transferable.
- Requires a valid proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice from our official website or authorized retailers).
3. What We Cover
Our warranty covers issues that affect the performance or structural integrity of your flask:
Loss of Thermal Insulation:
If your flask no longer keeps beverages hot or cold (for example, condensation forms outside or the exterior becomes hot to touch shortly after filling), it is covered under warranty.
Manufacturing Defects:
This includes any failure in materials or workmanship, such as:
- Leaking or faulty seals
- Misaligned or defective threads on lids
- Loose or rattling base
- Faulty joints or welding defects
If your claim is approved, Medly will repair or replace your flask with an equivalent model at our discretion.
4. What We Do Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Specifically:
Normal Wear & Tear:
Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, paint chipping, fading, or scuffs are not covered. These are signs of regular use and do not impact performance.
Accidental Damage:
Damage from drops, impacts, crushing, or natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake) is excluded.

Improper Use or Care:
Damage caused by incorrect usage or cleaning is not covered, including:
- Microwaving or freezing the flask
- Cleaning with harsh chemicals (bleach, chlorine, etc.)
- Using a dishwasher on non–dishwasher-safe models
- Tampering or unauthorized repairs
Lost or Stolen Items:
Lost flasks or detachable parts (e.g., lids, seals) are not covered. For replacements, please check our Accessories section or contact support.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
We’ve designed a simple and transparent process for all warranty claims.
Register Your Product:
Register your Medly flask at www.medly.in/pages/warranty-registration or click on the button Registration & Claim button which is bottom of the same page within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty.
Submit a Claim:
Visit our Warranty Center at www.medly.in/pages/warranty-claim or click on the button Registration & Claim button which is bottom of the same page and submit the following details:
- Full name and contact details
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue
Review and Response:
Our team will assess your submission within 5–7 business days and notify you about the next steps.
Note: Products returned without prior claim approval may be delayed or refused.
6. Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will:
- Repair your existing flask (if feasible), or
- Replace it with a new or equivalent model.
If the original model has been discontinued, we will provide a comparable replacement of equal functionality and value.
Shipping costs for returning the defective product are borne by the customer. Medly covers the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

8. Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights under applicable laws.
Medly’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, including loss of time, data, or personal property.
