1. Introduction

At Medly, your satisfaction is our top priority.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from our official website www.mymedly.in, this policy outlines your options for returning products and obtaining refunds.

This Return and Refund Policy apply only to “change of mind” returns and is separate from manufacturing defect claims, which are covered under the Medly Lifetime Warranty.

2. Return Window

You may initiate a return request within 10 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, your return shipment must be postmarked no later than the 10th day following delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, pristine condition.
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on flasks that have been used, filled, or washed.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its complete original packaging — including all labels, protective wrapping, inserts, and manuals — to prevent damage during transit.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or receipt from www.medly.in

Note: This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from our website. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly and follow their specific return policy.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products and circumstances are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without complete original packaging
  • Items labeled “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaway items
  • Any item returned after the 10-day return period

5. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact Support: Email our team at support@mymedly.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
  2. Provide Details: Include your full name, order number, product details, and reason for return (e.g., wrong color, changed mind).
  3. Authorization: After review, our support team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping.

Important: Please do not ship any product back without a valid RA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Medly.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier and insurance coverage for your return.
  • Medly is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

7. Inspection and Refund Process

Once your return is received:

  • Our Quality Team will inspect the product within 3–5 business days of delivery.
  • You will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, Credit Card, Net Banking) within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will cover only the product’s purchase price (excluding shipping fees).

If Rejected:

  • You will be informed of the reason for rejection.
  • You may choose to have the product returned to you at your own expense within 14 days, after which the product may be responsibly disposed of.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@mymedly.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

Once verified, we will send a pre-paid return label and dispatch a replacement at no extra cost. This does not cover manufacturing defects, which are handled under our Lifetime Warranty.

10. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but can be returned after delivery under this policy.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

11. Refund Timeline

  • After your return is approved:
  • Refunds are processed promptly, but banks and payment providers may take additional time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
